Aero Build is a Nashville, TN company that designs and manufactures custom mobile trailers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information at build.aerobuild.co(the “Site”).

When you interact with the Site, we may collect:

• Contact information you submit: name, email, phone number, ZIP code, business name, and business type.
• Build configuration: the model, size, options, and price of any trailer you configure.
• Marketing attribution: UTM parameters (e.g. utm_source, utm_campaign) from the URL when you arrive, stored in a first-touch cookie for up to 30 days.
• Usage data: standard web analytics events (page views, tier selection, configuration starts, lead submissions) collected via Meta Pixel and, in the future, Google Ads conversion tracking.

• To respond to your inquiry and follow up about a potential build.
• To attribute leads to the marketing campaign that brought you to us.
• To measure and optimize our advertising on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and, when configured, Google Ads.
• To improve the Site and the configurator experience.

• HubSpot— our CRM. Contact details and build configurations are stored as contacts and deals.
• Resend— transactional email service. We use it to notify our team that you submitted a form.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel— we send standard pixel events (PageView, ViewContent, AddToCart, Lead) to measure ad performance. Meta processes these events under their own privacy policy.
• Google Ads— if conversion tracking is configured, we send conversion events to Google for ad measurement, subject to Google’s privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except as needed to provide the services above or to comply with applicable law.

The Site uses a small number of cookies and equivalent storage:

• byoab_first_touch— stores the marketing source (UTM parameters) from your first visit, for up to 30 days.
• Meta Pixel cookies— set by Meta when their pixel script loads, used to associate your activity with ad impressions and clicks.
• Session cookies— if you submit your email to unlock pricing, we store your contact info in a short-lived cookie so you don’t have to re-enter it during the same session.

You can clear these cookies at any time through your browser settings. Blocking cookies or using ad blockers may prevent tracking pixels from loading; the Site still works either way.

• Access or correct your information: email hello@aerobuild.co and we’ll update or remove what we have on file.
• Opt out of marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send, or email us directly.
• Block tracking:use your browser’s privacy settings, an ad blocker, or Meta’s and Google’s opt-out tools to stop tracking pixels from loading.

Lead and contact data is retained in HubSpot for as long as we need it to follow up on your inquiry or maintain a customer relationship. The first-touch UTM cookie expires after 30 days. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy as our Site or practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
